Kent Residential have looked after my property for nearly ten years I recently had a change of tenant they took care of everything including arranging a deep clean and minor repairs. After a recent move it was clear there was an issue with the windows of the property. Bedroom window had a large gap in the seals allowing wind and rain to 'Howl' through at all times of day and night.
Reporting to Kent Residential was an easy process with an online portal for reports and communications.
Despite taking more than a couple of weeks to get a contractor to repair this window, the level of communication and service provided by Lucy at Kent Residential was outstanding. Lucy kept me informed of every step in the process, chased contractors and landlord daily for updates and displayed true empathy and urgency throughout the process.
